Max Panorama is a private designer chalet, located  only 1,6 km from the ski lift. 1.2 km from the city center of Zell am See

Yet completely sequestered in the beautiful nature and forests; endowed with the most magnificent view of Zell am See, (180 ° view starting from the Steinernen Meer in Saalfelden in the North, over the Zeller See in the East, up to the Imbach Horn in the South).

All this on a private property of 7500 m². Located in the protected nature reserve at the Einöd.

The chalet is very hip and modern. It can accomodate up to 12 people, has a cool sauna and more than 120m² terraces (4 different ones).

Although renovated in the typical Austrian building-style, the interior is in a modern contemporary design.
These includes diffrent TV flat screens, Sonos music system, 2 dishwashers, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped professional kitchen. Second smaller kitchen, 3 toilets, 3 bathrooms.

Attention: the access is via a steep road of about 70 meters. For this you need a good 4 x 4 car or snow chains. In extreme cases you can always park your car under the access road.
